Under the dual perspectives of cultural gene decoding and non-legacy protection,the archiving of folk art in South Henan has the important significance of inheriting regional culture,reshaping historical memory,and uplifting the level of regional cultural and economic development. After investigation and analysis,the current situation of Yu South folk art archiving service has the lack of awareness of non-heritage archiving,the lack of uniform norms and standards,the difficulty of data collection,the low degree of sharing of digital humanities resources and other practical shortcomings. According to the status quo can provide the following effective countermeasures to enhance the archiving service,one is to establish policies and standards,multi-organizational synergies;the second is to widely collect information,to do should be collected as much as possible;the third is to carry out the scientific integration of information,to complete the appraisal of the Archives;the fourth is to realize the digital humanities resource sharing,optimize the archiving service.
