In this paper,93 provincial archives,public libraries and museums in China use websites and 8 kinds of new media platforms to carry out information digital communication as the investigation object,the opening situation,account name,column menu,number of fans,number of likes,number of works,play volume and other contents are investigated,and the current situation and existing problems of information digital communication path of these three types of institutions are studied. The results of the survey show that provincial museums are better in the ways,forms,contents,effects and participation of the comprehensive use of websites and new media for digital communication,followed by provincial public libraries,and provincial archives are the weakest. According to the current situation and existing problems,this paper proposes to attach importance to the important role of new media communication and expand new media communication channels;Strengthen the investment and management of people and property using new media,and strengthen brand construction;Strengthen the development of collection resources and provide a wealth of new media communication products;Enrich the communication forms of new media,establish the optimization strategy of integrating media communication matrix and other four aspects,in order to improve the communication ability of provincial LAM to use new media websites and expand its communication power and influence.
