摘要
盛京刑部是清廷于陪都盛京设置的重要理刑机构,是盛京陪都区域治理体系的重要组成,主要掌管盛京区域涉及旗人的案件.职官由侍郎、司员及其他杂职官役组成,其中司员负责的是盛京刑部最核心的任务.本文利用中国第一历史档案馆所藏档案及《黑图档》等清代档案,梳理《清实录》《大清会典》等文献,考察盛京刑部职官的组成与各职官选任及执掌情况,揭示选任时关注司员的出身及经验的特点.
Abstract
The Ministry of justice in Shengjing was an important legal enforcement and was an important part of the regional governance system in secondary capita.It was mainly in charge of cases involving bannermen in Shengjing.The staff consists of the Assistant Minister,the staff members and other miscellaneous officials,of which the staff members are responsible for the most central tasks of the The Ministry of justice in Shengjing.The article uses the Archives such as the first historical Archives of China and the Hetu Dangse,reviewing the relevant documents such as the Qing Shi Lu and the Da Qing Hui Dian,examing the composition and various,selection and execution of the officials of the Ministry of justice in Shengjing,revealing the characteristics of the selection that focuses on the origin and experience of the members of the Department.
