New quality productivity is a new form of productivity that emerged in the digital age under the guidance of technological innovation,and is a major political and economic issue in promoting the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Archival culture,as a topic of new quality productivity,should have its essence.Integrating archival culture into cultural productivity and studying it together is the fundamental driving force for the generation of new quality productivity.New quality productivity includes the"three new"elements of new quality workers,labor materials rich in digital intelligence features,and non-material forms of labor objects.Based on this,the article starts from three aspects:laborers,labor materials,and labor objects,clarifying the logical relationship and mechanism between new quality productivity and archive culture productivity.
