Emergency response decisions rely on accurate and complete archival data support.Starting from the needs of emergency response decision-making,this article explores the theoretical system and methods of archive data management,with a focus on analyzing the characteristics and key roles of archive data in emergency response.By combining the full lifecycle theory of archive data management,a systematic management framework from data collection,processing,storage to utilization is proposed to ensure the effectiveness and availability of archive data throughout its entire lifecycle.At the same time,the article also discusses the application of diversified co construction and sharing mechanisms in archive data management,demonstrating the necessity,theoretical mechanism,and implementation path of cross departmental and cross domain collaboration in emergency decision-making,and providing systematic archive data management method support for improving the efficiency and accuracy of emergency response decision-making.
