With the in-depth implementation of the national'Grassroots burden reduction'policy,the standardization of archival work,as a critical component of grassroots governance,has become increasingly urgent.By identifying the obstructive factors in the process of burden reduction in grassroots archival work,specific pathways for the standardization of Archives are proposed.Focusing on grassroots archive centers,the study explores how the coordinated efforts of communities,administrative departments,and residents can maximize the efficacy of archival standardization.The aim is to achieve efficient utilization of archival resources,enhance the quality and efficiency of grassroots governance,and provide innovative ideas and practical solutions for reducing burdens at the grassroots level.
