In order to improve the governance efficiency of Archives acceptance,the notification commitment system is innovatively developed in the practice of urban construction Archives acceptance governance,and the prototype of the system is emerging.The realistic basis of introducing the notification commitment system into the acceptance of urban construction Archives can be proved from three aspects:policy norms,service-oriented government and administrative efficiency principles.The notification and commitment system of acceptance of urban construction Archives presents a logical structure of pre-guidance,in-process commitment and post-verification in practical operation.In order to give better play to the governance value of the notification commitment system for the acceptance of urban construction Archives,special provisions should be made in the'Urban Construction Archives Management Regulations',clarify its scope of application,implementation procedures and legal responsibilities,so that its implementation has a clear legal basis,so as to promote the full implementation of the urban construction Archives acceptance notification commitment system,and effectively improve the actual effectiveness of Archives acceptance management.
