With the development of information technology,traditional personnel archives management methods can no longer meet the rapidly changing talent needs and complex organizational management needs.Exploring the importance and feasibility of constructing a knowledge graph based on personnel Archives,this paper constructs a knowledge graph of personnel Archives from the knowledge acquisition layer,graph construction layer,talent graph layer,and graph application layer,in order to provide scientific support for public services and policy decision-making.
