This article focuses on the optimization of the refined mode of archive management in large public hospitals, and reveals the problems and shortcomings of existing research in practical operation through qualitative analysis.Through the investigation of the current situation of archive management in multiple public hospitals, combined with the theoretical framework of archive management, the practical problems of refined management of hospital archives are pointed out, including complex archive classification, low management efficiency, and data security risks. On this basis,a series of optimization strategies were proposed, mainly including the deep application of information technology, standardized design of management processes, establishment of a"Innovation improves quality-oriented"systematic management mechanism, and professionalization of personnel elements. The refinement of archive management in large public hospitals helps to improve management efficiency, ensure archive information security, and maximize archive value. From the perspective of hospitals,it provides theoretical basis and practical suggestions for optimizing the refined archive management model.
