摘要

本文基于共生理论的视角,探讨了面向新质生产力发展的档案学科体系建设及人才培养模式.随着科技革命和产业变革的深入,档案学科作为信息管理领域的重要组成部分,面临新的挑战与机遇.为应对这一变革,本文分析了共生理论的基本概念与核心思想,并探讨了其在档案学科体系建设和人才培养中的实践应用.通过共生理论的指导,档案学科体系被视为一个与其他学科、技术领域及社会环境紧密相连的复杂系统,而档案专业人才的培养也需打破传统模式,注重综合素质和创新能力的培养.本文旨在为档案学科体系建设和人才培养模式的创新提供理论支持和实践指导,促进档案学科与新质生产力的深度融合,推动档案事业在新时代实现高质量发展.

Abstract

Based on the perspective of symbiosis theory,this paper discusses the construction of archival discipline system and personnel training model for the development of new quality productive forces.With the deepening of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change,archival discipline,as an important part of information management,faces new challenges and opportunities.In order to cope with this change,this paper analyzes the basic concepts and core ideas of symbiosis theory,and discusses its practical application in the construction of archival discipline system and personnel training.Under the guidance of symbiosis theory,the archival discipline system is regarded as a complex system closely connected with other disciplines,technical fields and social environment,and the training of archival professionals needs to break the traditional mode and pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive quality and innovative ability.This paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of archival discipline system and the innovation of personnel training mode,promote the deep integration of archival discipline and new quality productive forces,and promote the high-quality development of archival cause in the new era.
