This article takes the system integration mode of Guangzhou Metro archives management as a case study.Through analyzing the business processes,archiving methods,utilization platforms,and archive resource development of Guangzhou Metro archives management,the article explores new perspectives,paths,and methods for constructing and applying the system integration mode of enterprise archives management from the aspects of creating an archive sharing center to optimize and reorganize archive business and centralized management,piloting the"single set system"to carry out the full process archiving of engineering documents,creating a knowledge management based archive service platform to achieve the sharing and opening of group archive resources,developing archive resources to promote the inheritance of archive culture,etc.The article summarizes the innovative practices and practical experience of the system integration mode of enterprise archives management,and provides reference for promoting the high-quality development of enterprise archives.
