在未来发展中,财务数字化转型是企业必然的发展趋势,也是提高财务管理效率的重要途径.在财务共享模式下,推动企业财务数字化转型,对提高财务管理质量和推动企业可持续发展具有重要作用.分析了企业在财务共享模式下开展数字化转型遇到的困难,并结合具体案例提出了改进措施.
Abstract
In the future,the financial digital transformation is an inevitable development trend for enterprises,and it is also an important approach to enhancing the efficiency of financial management.In the financial sharing model,promoting the corporate financial digital transformation plays a significant role in improving the quality of financial management and driving sustainable development.This paper analyzes the difficulties encountered by enterprises in carrying out digital transformation under the financial sharing model,and puts forward improvement measures based on specific cases.
