Industrial enterprises organize a series of financial activities based on relevant financial regulations and principles of financial management to achieve management goals such as maximizing output value, maximizing profits, maximizing shareholder wealth, maximizing value, and maximizing the interests of stakeholders, thereby promoting enterprise development. However, in the era of big data, there are still problems in the financial management of industrial enterprises, such as imperfect management systems, lack of professional management teams, insufficient adoption of advanced management technologies, and weak financial management foundations, which hinder enterprise development. Based on this, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the financial management of industrial enterprises, and proposes corresponding solutions to help industrial enterprises innovate and reform financial management from multiple perspectives, and promote the digital and intelligent development of financial management of industrial enterprises.
