Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of Accounting Management in Hospitals
The main application value of accounting management in comprehensive management of hospitals lies in providing more comprehensive and accurate economic data information for hospital leaders to carry out scientific and rational business decision-making work; improving the rationality of fund allocation, supervising the budget formulation and implementation process through scientific budget management, and timely discovering problems in hospital accounting management. This paper introduces the necessity of strengthening accounting management in hospitals, analyzes the problems existing in accounting management work in hospitals, and proposes countermeasures for addressing these problems.
