档案编研开发与利用工作是档案事业的重要组成部分,是实现档案资源创新利用与迸发活力的重要举措.当前,档案编研与利用工作尚存在"信息孤岛""闭门造车""因循守旧""囊中羞涩"等制约瓶颈.以文化自信为视角,阐释档案编研利用与文化自信的逻辑共鸣,从深挖红色资源,厚植自信根基;耕好档案资源内容,凝练时代文化印记;拓展管理科技手段,升级数据支撑;创新编研模式,适应时代特征;坚持开放合作,促进共建共享;打造文化精品,助推经济增长等新路径实现档案编研与利用工作的创新发展.
Abstract
The compilation,research,development and utilization of archives is an important part of archives,and an important measure to realize the innovative utilization and burst out vitality of archives resources.At present,there are still bottlenecks in the compilation,research and utilization of archives,such as"information island","acting blindly","conformism"and"lack of finan-cial support".From the perspective of cultural self-confidence,explain the logical resonance between the compilation,research and u-tilization of archives and cultural self-confidence,from the deep excavation of red resources,the cultivation of self-confidence founda-tion,the cultivation of resource archives,the condensation of the cultural imprint of the times,the expansion of management scientific and technological means,the upgrading of data support,the innovation of compilation and research mode,the adaptation to the charac-teristics of the times,the adherence to open cooperation,the promotion of co-construction and sharing,and the creation of cultural bou-tiques,boosting economic growth and other new ways to achieve the innovative development of archives compilation,research and utili-zation.
