信息资源管理学科背景下中国档案学范式的成长路径探析

摘要
一级学科更名作为具有战略性意义的学科大事,对档案学范式发展起催化作用.基于库恩对范式概念的理解,将我国档案学发展阶段定位为"前科学后期的多范例并存阶段",一级学科更名使传统的档案史料整理范例面临挑战;档案信息资源管理范例需要与一级学科"信息"的底层基础实现逻辑嫁接,一级学科更名后随着学术资源的优化与重组,会使得档案学范式凸显出融合性、特色性、应用性特征.未来,档案学范式培育应立足于本土实践,以信息为种子,档案为胚芽;以管理、技术、人文要素资源为土壤;以档案学研究主体为支撑;促进理论与实践的协同,进而保障档案学范式的科学生长.
Abstract
The renaming of the first-level disciplines,as a strategic disciplinary event,catalyzes the develop-ment of the archival paradigm.Based on Kuhn's understanding of the concept of paradigm,the stage of de-velopment of archival science in China is positioned as"the stage of coexistence of multiple paradigms in the late pre-scientific stage",and the change of the name of the first-level discipline will make the traditional paradigm of archival history organization face challenges;and the paradigm of archival information resource management needs to be logically connected with the underlying foundation of the first-level discipline"in-formation".However,with the optimization and reorganization of academic resources after the renaming of the first-level disciplines,the archival paradigm will highlight the integration,characteristics and application features.In the future,the cultivation of archival paradigm should be based on local practice,with informa-tion as the seed and archives as the germ;with management,technology and humanistic element resources as the soil;with the support of archival research body;to promote the synergy of theory and practice,and then guarantee the scientific growth of archival paradigm.
