Research on the Protection Strategy of Personnel Archives in Colleges and Universities Based on Risk Management
Exploring risk management-based strategies for safeguarding personnel archives in colleges and u-niversities,this research critically examines several risk categories:procedural,content-related,staff com-petency,information security,and operational risks.Effective countermeasures for these risks are proposed,focusing on prevention and mitigation.The study also examines the transfer and management of risks,em-phasizing response and handling strategies.Highlighting the necessity of applying scientific risk management methodologies in personnel archives administration,the research aims to ensure the integrity,accuracy,and security of the archives,thereby protecting the rights and interests of academic staff and boosting administra-tive efficiency.
