Research on the Influencing Factors of User Continuance Intention of Hospital Archives Service Platform:A Case Study of Hospital Archives Informatization Construction in Lu'an
Based on the TAM model,D&M model and the trust theory,this paper constructs a model of users'continuous use intention of the hospital archives service plat form,and takes several major hospitals in Lu'an city as an example to carry out an empirical study.Through data analysis and medel testing,it is found that perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and perceived trust are positively correlated with users'willing-ness to use the digital service platform of hospital archives.The system quality of the digital service platform has a positive impact on perceived ease of use.System quality,service quality,perceived ease of use and perceived trust have a positive impact on perceived usefulness.It's advised that we increase user's continu-ance intention of hospital archives service platform.
