New Requirements,New Connotations and New Directions of Perfecting and Strengthening Archival Law Popularization under the Background of New Archives Law
The implementation of the new Archives Law after its promulgation needs to be propagated,under-stood and implemented through archival law popularization.From the Seventh Five-Year Plan to the Eighth Five-Year Plan,the changes of archival law popularization system,content,strategy and form fully reflect that under the background of new Archives Law,there are new requirements for how to keep up with the new era,how to perfect the responsibility system.Moreover,there are new connotations for the subject,object,content and form of archival law popularization,and the main responsibility is clearer and the pattern is broa-der,the object of law popularization not only captures the key minority,but also emphasizes integration,the content of law popularization not only highlights the new big chapter,but also pays attention to the new small details,and the form of law popularization not only needs to use various media,but also needs to integrate into the professional platform.Therefore,actively building an online service platform for the popularization of archival law and effectively carrying out offline exchange activities for the popularization of archival law have become the necessary actions to improve and strengthen the popularization of archival law.Looking forward to the future,we hope that science and technology empowerment and mode innovation can improve the level of archival law popularization more effectively.
