Research on Archive Management Modes and Optimization Strategy of Pilot Projects
In recent years,the number of strategic pilot projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has been increasing,and the archive management modes of the pilot projects have been diversified,with signifi-cant shortcomings in the division of responsibilities,supervision and implementation,system improvement and quality control.In order to improve the quality and level of archive management of pilot projects,the ar-ticle analyzes the current situation of archive management of pilot projects,discusses the advantages and dis-advantages of the three existing modes of archive management of pilot projects,and proposes to optimize the"research+administration"parallel management mode in terms of the management responsibility system,rules and regulations system,personnel system,archive resources system,and archive management plat-form,with a view to optimizing the dual-track management mode.It is proposed to optimize the"research+administration"parallel management mode from the aspects of management responsibility system,rules and regulations system,personnel team system,archive resources system and archive management platform,so as to ensure that the persons in charge of the two lines of work share the responsibility of the special project,jointly promote the work of archive management,and provide high-quality archive services for the efficient construction of the pilot project.
