Digital Transformation and Effective Improvement of Archives Provision and Utilization from the Perspective of Rights
After the use of archives has become a legal right,the work arrangement,development trends and evaluation system of archives can be studied from the perspective of rights.Digital transformation is embod-ied in all aspects of social practice,and then it also affects the archival work of recording,serving and em-powering social practice,especially the provision and utilization of archives should follow the trend in terms of"what archives to provide","by whom to provide archives"and"how to provide archives",so as to meet the development requirements of the use of rights from the front to the back,and realize the effective use of archival resources from the three ways of"collaboration","integrated media"and"narrative".Looking for-ward to the optimization goal of the archive utilization system in the future,it is expected that the direction of open services will be more accurate,the objects will be more comprehensive,and the resources shared and supplied will be more integrated and more intelligent.
