摘要
智慧城市为新时期城市运营和管理指明前进方向,成为城镇化发展的未来趋势.在数字转型浪潮下,单套制条件已经基本成熟,建设电子文件单套制归档势在必行.基于智慧城市时代背景,对当前建设电子文件单套制归档的现状与问题进行分析,并从标准规范、信息技术、业务流程三个方面提出建设电子文件单套制归档的实现路径,紧跟智慧城市步伐,助力全面数字转型.
Abstract
Smart city indicates the way forward for urban operation and management in the new period and becomes the future trend of urbanization development.Under the wave of digital transformation,the condi-tions of single-set filing have been basically matured,and the construction of electronic records single-set filing is imperative.Based on the background of the era of smart city,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction of electronic records single-set filing,and puts forward the realization path of the construction of electronic records single-set filing from three aspects:standard specification,information technology and business process,so as to keep up with the pace of smart city and help the comprehensive digital transformation.
