摘要
盛京地区疆域辽阔,土地肥沃,为农业发展提供了得天独厚的地理条件.在《黑图档·道光朝》中,关于盛京官地中农耕用地的往来文书档案居多,盛京农耕用地在满足清廷粮食供应中起到举足轻重的作用.清政府为管理生产,保证充分的粮食供应,对盛京官地中农耕用地的人员管理、日常生产、灾害赈济、纠纷处理都有严格的管理过程.
Abstract
Shengjing region has a vast territory and fertile land,which provides unique geographical condi-tions for the development of agriculture.In Daoguang Period of Hetu Dangse,there are many documents and files about agricultural land in Shengjing official land,which played an important role in meeting the food supply of the Qing Court.In order to manage production and ensure adequate food supply,the Qing govern-ment had a strict management process for personnel management,daily production,disaster relief and dispute settlement of agricultural land in Shengjing official land.
