摘要
当前档案学专业数智人才的培养尚未能匹配数字中国建设的迫切需求.为解决这一现实问题,在剖析档案学专业数智人才供需不对称现状及其原因的基础上,选择以武汉大学档案学本科专业为研究对象,系统分析了其档案学专业数智人才培养理念、目标要求与整体思路,研究了其以专业课程矩阵、虚拟仿真实训平台、专业实践活动为核心的档案学专业数智人才培养体系.结合武汉大学档案学专业数智人才培养的尝试及其实践经验,阐释了在数字中国建设背景下构建面向"档案+数智"的人才培养体系的可行方向,以期为当前档案学专业数智人才培养提供新思路.
Abstract
Currently,the cultivation of digital intelligence talents in archival science has not yet been able to match the urgent needs of the construction of digital China.In order to solve this realistic problem,based on the analysis of the asymmetry between the supply and demand of digital intelligence talents in archival science and the reasons for it,chose to take the archival science undergraduate of Wuhan University as the research object,systematically analyzed the concept,target requirements and overall ideas of the cultivation of digital intelligence talents in archival science,and researched the cultivation system of digital intelligence talents in archival science,which is centered on professional course matrix,virtual simulation training platform and professional practice activities.It has studied its professional curriculum matrix,virtual simulation training platform,professional practice activities as the core of the professional digital intelligence talent cultivation system.Combined with Wuhan University's attempt to cultivate digital intelligence talents in archival science and its practical experience,it explains the feasible direction of constructing a talent cultivation system oriented to"archive+digital intelligence"in the context of the construction of digital China,with a view to providing a new way of thinking for the cultivation of digital intelligence talents in archival science at present.
