为探索人工智能场景下文件管理的特殊性,文章采用政策内容分析法,对澳大利亚维多利亚州《人工智能技术与文件管理》(Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Recordkeeping)的政策要点进行了归纳分析.通过将其与ISO 15489-1:2016对比,发现人工智能场景下的文件管理在文件形成、文件准确性和监管方面具有特殊性考虑.最后,从四个方面提出了对我国人工智能场景下文件管理研究和发展的建议.
Abstract
This paper discusses the special features of records management in artificial intelligence scenarios based on policy content analysis of main contents of Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Recordkeeping in Victoria,Australia.By matching these main contents with ISO 15489-1:2016,this paper discovers that records management in artificial intelligence scenarios requires special considerations in three aspects:records creation,records accuracy and human oversight.Finally,this paper puts forward implications in four aspects for the research and development of records management in artificial intelligence scenarios in China.
