Data factorization has become a key option for our country to be a pacesetter in global digital transformation.As a key participant and contributor of data,the archival field,in order to follow up the process of archival digital transformation in a timely manner,must fully coordinate the interface with data factorization.Starting from the background of data factorization,this article analyzes the basic cognition of data as a factor of production,circulation and transaction,security governance,and the basic contents of pilot programs,and further explores the archival digital transformation and its associated elements,mainly showing the expansion of the connotation of archives as a data factor,multidimensional participation in data circulation and transaction,integration of archives into the data governance system,and development of pilot demonstration scenarios under the orientation of practical development,and based on this,it puts forward the perspectives on the action space for digital transformation of archives.
