Research on the Development of a Knowledge Base for Special Archives of Major Events for Public Decision-making:Taking Earthquake Archives as an Example
The specialized knowledge base for archives of major and unexpected events integrates domestic resources for major and unexpected events archives,providing reliable knowledge services for public decision-making deployment and emergency plan formulation,effectively exerting the political value of archives,and providing strong support for public decision-making.First of all,this article starts with the analysis of public decision-making needs,and introduces the CIDOC-CRM model to construct an archival resource body.Secondly,this article divides the internal framework of the archive knowledge base into data acquisition and processing layer,knowledge organization and processing layer,and knowledge storage layer,and divides the functions of the knowledge service platform into knowledge management module,knowledge retrieval module,knowledge decision-making module,and system management module.Finally,taking earthquake archives as an example,by using Microsoft Visual Studio as a development tool,the construction and implementation of earthquake thematic knowledge base is implemented on the Asp.net,providing intelligent services for public decision-making and realizing the value added of earthquake archival resources.
