The law enforcement basis of archival supervision and inspection has formed a system,and in the dynamic adjustment and improvement of its multi-level system,the institutional supply of law enforcement of archival supervision and inspection is realized,and the practice is effectively guided.However,there are still some conditions such as clauses are not updated in time,matching of laws and regulations is unbalanced,and legislation coordination and convergence is not enough.Based on this,the law enforcement basis system for archival supervision and inspection can be further improved from the legislative point of view:appropriately cut the support to reflect the necessity,improve the multi-tier structure to enhance effectiveness,and enrich legislative forms to enhance legislative efficiency.
