摘要
社会科学数据是社会科学研究中必不可少的基础要素,其长期保存具有重要意义.文章通过网络和文献调研梳理社会科学数据长期保存关键问题、国内外社会科学数据管理政策、长期保存研究进展,并总结国外社会科学数据档案馆实践经验,从促进集中管理、加强顶层设计、重视鉴定、开展合作等方面为我国科学数据管理和保存提供经验借鉴.
Abstract
Social science data is an essential basic element in social science research,and its long-term preservation is of great significance.Through the network and literature research to sort out the key issues of long-term preservation of social science data,domestic and foreign social science data management policies,long-term preservation research progress,and the summary of the practical experience of foreign social science data archives,this paper aims to provide experience for China's scientific data management and preservation institutions in terms of promoting centralized management,strengthening top-level design,attaching importance to appraisal,and carrying out cooperation.
