摘要
文章在介绍美国国家档案与文件署"全美公民教育"倡议背景、项目内容及实施效果的基础上,分析该倡议和相关项目的特色,即利用原始文件进行公民教育、服务范围广泛、层次性强、实践活动效果突出、多机构协同参与.借鉴其经验并与我国综合档案馆公共服务目标、任务和要求相结合,提出从充分回溯优质档案资源、创新多样化的公民教育形式、开展特色实践教育活动、加强相关机构合作共享等方面完善我国档案馆公民教育服务,切实提升档案馆公共服务效能.
Abstract
Based on the background introduction,project content and implementation effects of the"Civic for All of US"initiative of the National Archives and Records Administration of the US,the article analyses the characteristics of the initiative and related projects,namely,the use of original records for civic education,a wide range of services,a strong hierarchical nature,the effectiveness of the practical activities,and the collaborative participation of multiple institutions.Drawing on its experience and combining it with the goals,tasks and requirements of the public services of archives in China,it is proposed to improve the civic education services of archives in China in terms of fully retracing high-quality archival resources,innovating diversified forms of civic education,carrying out special practical education activities,and strengthening cooperation and sharing among relevant institutions,so as to effectively enhance the effectiveness of the public services of archives.
