摘要
文章选取25份和红色档案相关的省级政策文本作为研究对象,从红色档案概念界定、认定机制、认定程序、认定级别、认定标准五个维度探究不同省级行政单位在红色档案认定政策制定方面的异同,发现我国在红色档案认定方面存在政策制定不足、概念界定不清晰、具体规范有待细化与完善、跨领域协作稍显薄弱的问题,据此提出明确红色档案认定实质、扩大并深化红色档案与红色资源研究、深化红色档案认定政策制定与实施、组建红色档案认定专家团队的改善建议.
Abstract
The article selects 25 provincial policy documents related to red archives as the subjects of the study,using the text analysis method to analyze and elaborate on the classification of content related to the recognition of red archives in policy texts,and a comparative analysis is conducted from five parts:the definition of the concept of red archives,the recognition mechanism,the recognition procedure,the recognition level,and the recognition standards.It is found that currently there are insufficient policy formulation,unclear concept definition,and specific norms are needed to be refined and improved,as well as slightly weak interdisciplinary cooperation in the recognition of red archives in China.The article puts forward improvement suggestions such as clarifying the essence of red archive recognition,expanding and deepening research on red archives and red resources,deepening the formulation and implementation of red archive recognition policies,and forming an expert team for red archives recognition.
