Based on the overall national security concept,by analyzing the current archives open review system in China,it is found that there are problems such as unclear criteria for determining the scope of opening,incomplete criteria for determining the scope of control and utilization,incomplete collaborative mechanisms,and ambiguous supervision and remedy clauses.Therefore,we proposes the strategies for the system optimization including adhering to the basic political principles of the Party's leadership,emphasizing both security and openness,balancing interests and divisibility.And propose optimization strategies for the actual problems of the archival open review system,such as building a collaborative relationship between the main bodies,clarifying the judgment basis with a"negative list",and improving the supervision and relief procedures.
