Bi-Tie-Shi is the official clerical worker and archivist of the Qing Dynasty local governments.We studied and sorted the content of Bi-Tie-Shi recorded from Hetu Dangse in detail,inspected its selection and appointment,assessment and promotion,leave and resignation,which is beneficial for us to have a comprehensive understanding of the little-known but indispensable local officials.
