Focusing on the new requirements of digital and intelligent transformation of archives for the performance and capacities of archivists,the concept of data-intelligence literacy of archivists is proposed.It is defined as the collection of emotions,knowledge,and abilities that archivists possess when applying data-intelligence technology to archival undertakings to solve various problems and promote the transformation and innovation of archival undertakings.It is believed that it mainly consists of data-intelligence consciousness,data-intelligence knowledge,data-intelligence skills,data-intelligence attitude,and data-intelligence ethics.Its cultivation requires the collaborative efforts of archivists,archival organizations,and relevant government departments.
