Research on the Development of innovation Capacity of archival researchers:Theoretical Decomposition,Logical Reasoning,and Optimization Strategies
Under the background of empowering archival undertakings via science and technology and developing archival key laboratories,the development of innovation capacity of archival researchers is particularly important.This paper first analyzes the applicability and value of the decomposed theory of planned behavior in the development of innovation capacity of archival researchers,and then deconstructs the perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,interpersonal influence,social influence,self-efficacy and convenience of archival researchers'innovation behavior intention.In order to promote the innovation capacity building of archival researchers,targeted intervention measures such as improving incentive policies,building communication platforms,focusing on personal development,purifying innovation ecology,adjusting knowledge structure,and enriching data resources are proposed.
