Artificial intelligence technology empowers the development of university archival service platforms,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of university archival management and promoting the improvement of university archives utilization and service levels.This paper analyzes the necessity of artificial intelligence application to the development of university archival service platforms,expounds the application of artificial intelligence technology in the development of university archival service platforms from three aspects:collection,management and utilization of university archives,summarizes the problems faced by artificial intelligence technology in the development of university archival service platforms,and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions,in order to provide reference and enlightenment for the application of artificial intelligence technology in better empowering archival undertakings in universities.
