摘要
数字中国建设是城建档案治理优化提升的重要背景,也是以"城市信息中心"为定位的城建档案部门锚定其在数字时代发展目标的行动指引.当前,城建档案治理制度环境整体向好,实践进展不断加速.推进数字中国建设背景下的治理发展,应审视城建档案资源建设与共享、档案管控能力等方面存在的现实问题,把握协同化、规范化、数智化三维并进的发展趋势.
Abstract
The development of Digital China is an important backdrop for the optimization and improvement of urban construction archives governance.It also serves as an action guide for urban construction archives departments,which are positioned as"urban information centers",to anchor their development goals in the digital age.Currently,the institutional environment for urban construction archives governance is generally favorable,and practical progress is constantly accelerating.To promote the governance improvement under the background of the development of Digital China,we should examine the practical problems existing in aspects such as the development and sharing of urban construction archival resources and the archival management and control capabilities,and grasp the development trend of advancing simultaneously in the three dimensions of collaboration,standardization and digital-intelligence integration.
