The Application of eCognition in Land Use Projects
This paper mainly introduces the application of eCognition in land use classification using high - resolution remote sensing data. Using this software, we classified land use of Shenzhen Tiegang area by SPOT5 imagery. This paper discussed the feasibility and potential of eCognition software in land use classification. It also presented a new effective technical way to classify the land use using high - resolution remote sensing imagery.
