Underground pipeline is an important part of urban infrastructure,and it is also an important foundation of urban planning,construction and management.This paper is based on CAD Technologyintroduces the technical route,key technology and function realization of the planning assistant decision-making platform of the underground pipeline.The platform realizes the whole process planning approval of the pipeline.
