中低速磁浮轨排测量工装及软件设计与应用

为了保证磁浮列车的安全性、平稳性和舒适性,磁浮列车离地"飞行",其核心技术在于磁浮轨道F轨.如果F轨铺设精度达不到要求,轨道内的传感器就会使上方的磁浮体频繁调整,使列车产生振动,严重导致事故发生.在长沙磁浮施工经验基础上,本文结合清远磁浮旅游专线轨排的结构特点,解决现有测量工装在定位和使用性能上的缺陷,设计研发了一种中低速磁浮轨排测量精调工装及软件,经工程实践应用验证,效果满足测量精度要求.
Design and Application of Measuring Tools and Software for Medium and Low Speed Maglev Track
In order to ensure the safety, stability and comfort of maglev train, maglev train "fly" off the ground, its core technology is the maglev track F track. If the laying accuracy of F track cannot meet the requirements, the sensors in the track will make the maglev body above frequently adjust, causing vibration of the train, which will seriously lead to accidents. On the basis of Changsha maglev construction experience, combining with the structural characteristics of Qingyuan maglev railway track, this paper solves the defects of existing measuring tools in positioning and operational performance, and designs and develops a kind of medium and low speed maglev track measuring fine tuning tools and software, which can meet the requirements of measurement accuracy through engineering practice and application.
