Toponymy and address data is an important part of MapWorld of Zhejiang Province. It undertakes the task of front-end dis-play and spatial retrieval to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the MapWorld. This paper discusses the rules of toponymy and address database design and the way of data processing through sorting out the elements of toponymy and address database and the rules of database table structure design, as well as the induction of processing methods such as extraction, screening and objectification of toponymy and address data.
