Research on the Construction of Real Estate Registration Database Based on ArcGIS Platform
In order to improve the integration efficiency of real estate registration data and realize the informatization management of re-al estate registration data, this paper starts from the operational process of real estate registration data integration, based on standard requirements and detailed analysis of user needs and builds a real estate registration database with the help of Oracle database, ArcS-DE, ArcGIS and other tools. It designs and develops an integrated data management system for real estate registration based on the ac-tual situation and needs of the study area to improve the efficiency of collection, processing, application and management of real estate registration data in the study area; at the same time, the common problems in the process of real estate registration in the study area are analyzed and summarized, and corresponding solutions are proposed according to different situations. The real estate registration integrated data management system has been successfully applied in the research area, which improves the management and applica-tion efficiency of real estate registration data and promotes the development of informatization construction of real estate registration in the region.
