地质灾害监测预警管理平台建设研究

为实现地质灾害监测预警工作的科学化、信息化和精细化,提高地质灾害实时监测和动态预警预报能力,本文利用GIS、三维可视化、云计算等先进技术,基于云服务的T-C-V(terminal-cloud-virtual)框架,构建了地质灾害监测预警数据库,开发了地质灾害监测预警管理平台,实现了地质灾害的二三维一体化展示、基本信息管理、监测预警管理、应急指挥管理等功能,有效地提高了地质灾害的监测预警能力和管理水平.
Research on the Construction of Geological Disaster Monitoring and Early Warning Management Platform
In order to realize scientific, informationized and refined geological disaster monitoring and early warning, and improve real-time monitoring and dynamic warning and forecast ability of geological disaster, this paper uses GIS, 3D visualization, cloud compu-ting and other advanced technologies, based on T-C-V (Terminal-Cloud-Virtual) framework based on cloud services, the geological disaster monitoring and early warning database has been built, and the geological disaster monitoring and early warning management platform has been developed to realize the functions of two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated display, information manage-ment, monitoring and early warning management, emergency command and management of geological disasters, which effectively im-prove the monitoring and early warning ability and management level of geological disasters.
