近年来,极端天气引起的洪涝灾害频繁发生,给人民生命财产安全造成巨大威胁.乡镇区域由于基础设施不够完善、应急救援信息化建设相对薄弱,是人员、经济损失最为严重的区域.针对上述问题,基于ArcGIS En-gine设计并开发了乡镇区域洪灾应急路径规划和制图系统,通过设计灾区信息查询、道路更新、救援路径规划、应急地图制图和灾情统计等功能,优化救援路径规划方案,提高应急地图制图效率,为乡镇区域洪灾应急救援提供支持和服务.
Design and Implementation of Township Regional Flood Emergency Path Planning and Mapping System Based on ArcGIS Engine
In recently years, floods caused by extreme weather have occurred frequently, posing a great threat to the safety of people's lives and property in China.Although China's disaster emergency rescue-related platforms and rescue capabilities have been signifi-cantly improved compared to the previous periods, township areas are often the high-incidence areas for flooding disasters causing loss of life and property due to inadequate infrastructure and relatively weak emergency rescue information construction.In this paper, we designed and implemented a township regional flood emergency path planning and mapping system based on ArcGIS Engine from the actual needs of flood disaster emergency rescue.The system provides functions such as disaster area information query, regional road update, emergency rescue path planning, emergency mapping and disaster statistics, etc. It aims to serve disaster relief command de-cision, optimize rescue plan and improve emergency mapping efficiency, so as to provide support and service for township regional flood disaster emergency rescue.
