Design and Implementation of Intelligent Housing Management Platform Based on GIS
Urban housing management is an important part of urban governance. Aiming at the problems of low governance efficiency, difficult information sharing and difficult data investigation in current housing management, this paper puts forward a construction scheme of intelligent housing management platform by using GIS advanced technologies. This paper expounds the target of the con-struction of the platform, the framework design, database construction, functions and key technologies, has realized the display, query statistics and sharing of all kinds of data resources of the building management on "one map", promotes the integration of housing bus-iness management and urban governance and builds a new housing management mode of "housing management with map, personnel management with housing".
