"天地图·成都"与省级节点矢量数据融合处理研究

由于"天地图"各节点数据资源相对独立,为推动"天地图"集约共享、转型升级,建立上下联动、长效稳定的运行机制,凝聚形成服务合理,深入推进"天地图"一体化建设.本文立足于市级层面,对"天地图·成都"市级节点与省级节点从数据内容、现势性、精度等方面进行了分析,根据国家、省级节点要求,确定了市级节点数据融合技术设计,并研究了属性结构标准化、属性全角半角转换、地名地址与兴趣点融合等处理方法,为各市级开展"天地图"数据融合提供思路,为上级节点提供成都市数据底板.
Research on Vector Data Fusion Processing between "Tianditu·Chengdu" and Provincial-level Node
Since the data resources of each node of "Tianditu"are relatively independent, in order to promote the intensive sharing, transformation and upgrading of "Tianditu", a long-term and stable operation mechanism of upper and lower linkage is established to form a reasonable service, and to further promote the integration of "Tianditu"construction. Based on the municipal level, this paper analyzesthe city-level node "Tianditu·Chengdu"and provincial-level node of "Tianditu" from the aspects of data content, up-to-dateness, and accuracy. According to the requirements of national and provincial nodes, the data fusion technology design of city-lev-el nodes is determined, and processing methods such as attribute structure standardization, attribute full-width and half-width conver-sion, and fusion of place name addresses and points of interest are studied. It provides ideas for municipalities to carry out "Tianditu" data fusionand provides Chengdu data base for upper-level nodes.
