The traditional surveying and mapping method of expropriation and demolition through household investigation and measure-ment of houses is not only inefficient, but also difficult to obtain historical housing data, which can not meet the needs of today's com-plex land expropriation and demolition work. This paper proposes a surveying and mapping mode of old district renovation expropria-tion and demolition based on oblique photogrammetry. This mode makes full use of the rich historical aerial photography data of our in-stitute to build a multi-period 3D real scene model of oblique photography, which provides a basis with time nodes for the expropria-tion and demolition work and effectively promotes the process of old district renovation work.
