无人机倾斜摄影测量技术在房地一体测绘中的应用

房屋一体测量通常采用GPS-RTK、全站仪的实地测量方法,本文分析了无人机倾斜摄影的工作原理与应用优点,提出将该技术应用到房地一体项目中,以实际应用为例,研究无人机倾斜摄影测量在房地一体测量中的技术流程,并对获取的数据成果精度进行详细分析验证.结果表明,该方法成图精度能够满足房地一体大比例尺矢量测图的精度要求,与传统测量方式相比,可减少投入,提高效率.
Application of Drone Tilt Photogrammetry Technology in Real Estate and land Integrated Surveying and Mapping
Since the integrated real estate and land survey usually adopts the field survey method of GPS-RTK and total station, this paper analyzes the working principle and application advantages of UAV tilt photogrammetry, proposes to apply this technology to the integrated real estate and land surveying project, and takes the actual application as an example to study the technical process of UAV tilt photogrammetry in the integrated real estate and land survey, and analyzes and verifies the accuracy of the obtained data results in detail. The results show that the mapping accuracy of this method can meet the accuracy requirements of large-scale vector maps for real estate and land integration, and can reduce investment and improve efficiency as compared to traditional measurement methods.
