数字乡村建设既是乡村振兴的战略方针,也是数字中国建设的重要内容.本文围绕"时空"联动"三农",在如何利用时空信息技术帮助全国农村振兴、服务数字农业和数字乡村建设等方面,进行思考与探讨,旨在利用时空数据优势,通过实时发布处理的遥感影像资料、气象资料等多源时空数据,变时空信息技术大数据为农村振兴的"新基础设施"与基石;通过强化整合人工智能算法、作物模型等遥感应用,构建起农业农村大数据服务平台,进行正向思维,推进数据开放、实时共享,围绕精准农业、数字田地、智能监管等乡村振兴所需内容,积极推动形成多效合一的时空大数据基础基地,赋能农业农村发展,实现时空数字链接、自动化管理、农业农村农民智能增效,助力中国乡村振兴战略提速.
Thinking about Spatiotemporal Big Data Helping Rural Revitalization
The construction of digital countryside is not only a strategic guideline for rural revitalization, but also an important part of the construction of digital China. This paper focuses on "spatiotemporal" and "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", and carries out active thinking and discussion on how to use spatiotemporal information technology to help the national rural revitalization, service dig-ital agriculture and digital rural construction. The purpose is to use the advantages of spatiotemporal data to change the big data of spa-tiotemporal information technology into the "new infrastructure" and cornerstone of rural revitalization through the real-time release of multi-source spatiotemporal data such as remote sensing image data and meteorological data; By strengthening the integration of artifi-cial intelligence algorithms, crop models and other remote sensing applications, the agricultural and rural big data service platform has been built, and positive thinking has been carried out to promote data opening and real-time sharing. Around the content required for rural revitalization, such as precision agriculture, digital fields, intelligent supervision, etc., the formation of a multi-effective space-time big data base has been actively promoted, enabling the development of agricultural and rural areas, realizing space-time digital links, automatic management intelligently increase efficiency of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and help speed up China's rural revitalization strategy.
