China is speeding up the construction process of new fundamental surveying and mapping, in view of the quality inspection research on the fundamental geo-entity data of stock data conversion, this paper firstly put forward the changes of fundamental geo-en-tity results inspection content based on the current quality inspection standard of digital surveying and mapping achievements. And combining with the data characteristics, the specific quality inspection content is comprehensively elaborated. Then taking the quality inspection of the new fundamental surveying and mapping geo-entity pilot results in a certain area of Fujian province as an example, the quality problems found are analyzed and summarized, providing reference for the follow-up standardized production and the estab-lishment of standardized and universal quality inspection standards.
